Serve Team is how we make a difference! When you say yes to the dream at Highpoint to build up people whether here at church or as an outreach of the church, you are impacting the lives of others!
God has a place for you here, to be part of what he is doing through our church to impact the world. Joining a team and serving is one of the most important things you’ll do as part of Highpoint AG Church.
When you serve you’ll be part of our whole family working together, you’ll find a place for your own faith to grow, and together we’ll make a difference.

Connections Team
Greeter - Start by greeting at the doors on a Sunday or Wednesday. A friendly smile and attitude make everyone's experience great!
This is a great place to start serving as soon as you are ready.
Coffee Bar Helper - Our Coffee Bar position prepares coffee in the kitchen and makes sure all the supplies are ready at the Connect Counter for guests.
Requires 3 months of prior attendance.
Info Desk Helper - Our Info Desk position stands behind our Connect Counter to assist with new family check-ins and answer questions about our church.
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, and a background check.
Safety Monitor - Help make sure our building is safe, kids are properly checked-in, and that ministry workers have everything they need.
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, and a background check.
Communications Team
Photographer - If you have a knack for taking great photos, we need your help. Our photographers take photos of our events and submit them for review. Capturing those special moments can really help us communicate about the impact of our ministries!
Requires a camera for general ministry areas.
For kids or student areas, we also require 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, and a background check.
Video Personality - Do you enjoy being on camera? Help us regularly create fun video announcements and ministry promos.
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, a background check, and the ability to coordinate recording schedules.
Media Editor - Our media editor position is for those who love connecting with others across social media, have a knack for graphic design and video editing, and are willing to work with our staff as a volunteer to fulfill our church social media and communication goals.
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, and a background check.
Community Team
Seasonal Outreach Helper - Throughout the year, we have special outreaches that everyone can participate in. These are things such as passing out event invitations in the community, spring and fall outdoor festivals, packing Thanksgiving food boxes, etc.
Requires a willingness to show up and help!
All Pro Dads Helper - Help us once a month reach out to the families at Anita Scott Elementary with Pastor Ricky Johnson.
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, and a background check.
Adult Ministries and Small Groups Team
Adult Ministries Event Coordinator - Help our Men's, Women's, Marrieds', Young Adults', or Senior Adults' Leaders coordinate and serve at events.
Requires 3 months of prior attendance and approval by the ministry leader.
Group Helper - Help a group leader.
Requires 3 months of prior attendance and approval by your group leader.
Group Leader - Start a small group in your home or at church.
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, and a background check.
Youth Ministry Team
Youth Sponsor - Help our Youth Leaders make the Youth Ministry even better!
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, and a background check.
Kids Ministry Team
Big Kids Helper - Come help our Big Kids Leader make Kids Church on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evening awesome!
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, and a background check.
Littles Helper - Come help in the nursery, toddler room, or preschool to kindergarten area on Sundays or Wednesdays.

Worship Team
Vocalist or Musician - Do you have musical talent and a heart for leading people closer to God through song? Consider trying out for our worship team as a vocalist or instrumentalist.
Requires 6 months of prior attendance, membership, training, a background check, and a commitment to rehearsals on Sunday mornings and scheduled Saturday mornings.
Production Helper - Our production team makes sure that our service sounds good and looks sharp! Help with the soundboard, livestream, or in-person presentation screens.

Prayer Partner - Our prayer partners help to encourage others during our service by praying with them during altar calls.
