Nate and Jennie Cress

Pastor Nate grew up in Terrell, TX where he met his wife, Jennie. They have two kids together, Gracie and Josiah. He is a graduate of the North Texas District School of Ministry through Global University. He also studied at Nelson University. Before joining the staff at High Point, Pastor Nate served in various ministry roles for churches and ministries in North Texas and Central Oklahoma. Pastor Nate is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God who has a passion for the lost and to see the Kingdom of God expanded both locally and globally. He's also a total nerd who enjoys technology and all things sci-fi! Nate enjoys coffee often carrying a cup of coffee on his person and collecting coffee cups wherever he goes.

Jennie works as a teacher in Rockwall and serves at High Point on the worship team. Together they lead our young adults group.

Pastor Nate and Jennie feel called to the people of Royse City and High Point and were excited to officially join High Point in 2021.
